Terrific book, full of information!
This book has so much information about every food we eat. It tells about the bioavailability of proteins and fats, antinutrients in plants, hormones, how much to eat and drink and much more. Well worth reading and using as a reference book.

Everyone should have this book
I appreciate Judy Cho and her work so much! This book is a "must-have" for anyone interested in healing their maladies. It's easy to read (very approachable) and easy to reference (well-laid out)! A valuable addition to my library.

Highly recommended if you are just getting started on the Carnivore Lifestyle Way of Eating! This book was so educational and Judy makes it very clear for anyone to understand!

You Want To Know? This Book Will Tell You!
This book is a complete bible on everything Carnivore! Easy to read with no details spared. Tons of references to continue your study and practice of a Carnivore lifestyle. I knew nothing about a Carnivore lifestyle now I'm diving in with he knowledge I need to do it with ease. Highly recommend.

Must Read-for anyone not just Carnivores
While this is a great Carnivore book it is soooo much more. The amount of data about nutrients and histamines and what could be causing issues with you is amazing. While my daughter is not carnivore I could see how when I am cooking a meal, why it might not be good for her-regarding the histamine reactions to beef. So use full, would recommend to anyone having autoimmune issues or histamine issues or gut issues or just curious about nutrient in beef, eggs, pork, chicken, and other stuff.

Lots of Great Info, None Specific to Me :(
This book is jam-packed with science-y details about The Carnivore Diet. If you know absolutely nothing about The Carnivore Diet then this is definitely the book for you. A lot of great info is packed in here, with everything from 'why' and 'how' the carnivore diet works to how to exactly implement it for yourself.I'm in (or at least nearing) perimenopause and was hoping for an entire chapter on what might help with that, but instead there was just a mere paragraph that mentioned it. I also used to be a heavy drinker years ago, and I've had issues here & there post-quitting that I suspected were due to the heaving drinking in my past; I was hoping that there might be a chapter that explained which nutrients former drinkers might be lacking, but all I read about alcohol in the book was to 'choose wisely' which type to drink, which wasn't helpful.Hopefully Dr. Judy will write a follow-up book with more specific suggestions for people of certain ages or life stages (seniors, teens, menopausal, etc.) and for people with specific issues (auto-immune, allergies, athletes, former drinkers, chronic pain sufferers, etc.).

this book changed my life
I tried to cure my crohns on my own, it didnt work, ordered this book, after using the book as my manual for healing, after 3 months I have achieved 90% remission in my crohns sympthoms, this book has honestly changed my life, couldnt recommend more, especially if you have gut problems

Sehr gutes Buch über carnivore Ernährung
Judy Cho vermittelt hier sehr umfangreich und gut verständlich wie man sich für uns Menschen artgerecht(carnivor=Fleischbasiert) ernährt und damit viele Zivilisationskrankheiten wie Übergewicht, Diabetes, Bluthochdruck, Herzkreislauferkrankungen, Magen-Darmprobleme und vieles mehr in den Griff bekommen kann. Umdedingt lesen und sich gesund und fit essen!

REALLY GOOD
I really liked this book, I read other books about this diet and in my opinion this is the most complete one...I missed a little bit more information about constipation (other than the usual tips in this kind of diet that usually are: eat more fat ... not everyone can and not everyone tolerate bile supplements), also I missed options for those who don't tolerate betaine hcl to increase stomach acid, but I understand that it's difficult or impossible to individualize ...The book is GREAT and covers all topics and general doubts. I highly recommend it, very informative and interesting. Good work Dr. Judy :)

Fantastic book, brilliantly written
Clear, direct information, well set out and highly insightful, especially regarding emotions around food. I have now listened to Judy’s podcasts and she is a very respectful interviewer and a joy to listen to on the topic of metabolic health.The best source for learning to heal your body through a ground zero approach for anyone, vegan, veggie or someone on a typical western diet.
