A few years ago, I got the 4-gallon iTouchless garbage can and it still performs great. I love it! Recently I needed a larger garbage and got the 8-gallon iTouchless garbage can. Like my first one, it came on time, in good working order. It looks and performs great. The closed lid keeps out pets and keeps the odors in.

C’est la deuxième que j’achète,car la première je m’étais trompé de grandeur. Mais vu qu’elle fonctionnait très bien et que la qualité du produit est bonne j’ai décidée de prendre celle-ci.Malgré que je l’aime il y a parfois le détecteur qui ne fonctionne pas tout le temps 😕 il faut je l’éteint et la rallume plusieurs fois pour que le détecteur ré fonctionne. Pour le reste c’est un bon produit.Je ne sais pas si c’est l’adaptateur,car je la Connecte directement à la prise électrique ce qu’est très avantageux qu’à utiliser des batteries.

We owned one of the itouchless trash can years ago and really liked it so when were looking again we decided to go with this one. We ordered it 5 months ago and it worked great. Recently the top stopped working properly. We thought it might be batteries and so we ordered a wall plug. When that didn't help I called the customer service number. They were extremely polite and helpful. They asked me a few questions had me turn it off and on and test it. Within minutes the representative told me that it was broken based on how it was responding and had a new top sent to me in the mail.

This is the 3rd iTouchless garbage container I have had. The semi-round seems to be more versatile than the square shape in the amount it holds and getting the full bag out of the container. The motion sensor is great for messy hands and toddlers who think it’s fun to throw away garbage. Another plus is that the dogs aren't attracted the smells or to clean smears left on the outside of lids like other types of wastebaskets. The price may be a deterrent for some, but I was able to use prime points and it was on sale. Definitely worth the cost for me.
