I started making my own mud water with this one & the other mushroom powder & holy cow! The quality is amazing, taste is amazing, it relaxes you so, for me yes it helped with pain relief, it’s easy to use, has nutrients & health benefits (would recommend asking your doctor & doing your own research). This is definitely my favorite vitamin c supplement. An all natural vitamin c that I can tell a huge difference in my kids, when I see a cold coming on I immediately start giving them this. They take it well in juice or a smoothie since the flavor is a little bitter.

Just started using it and so far love it ! It’s easy to mix unlike other brands I’ve used . I hardly taste it in my coffee which is awesome . Doesn’t upset my stomach. And is a great price . Hoping for energy levels to rise and stress reduction to happen as I have two littles running around .

Vitamin c shots, definitely bitter so do not add to anything just drink it by itself. I use it for indigestion or when my sinuses feel stuffy! Way better price here than stores

I put a tablespoon of this in my morning cacao and it would help energize me during the day. It did not give a bad taste to my cacao.

I gotta say I've had this for quite some time and I've tried it here and there. The taste is good and the package size seems perfect for the portions but everytime I take this I get nervousness, anxiety, and inability to focus perhaps almost like too much caffeine. I'm not sure if it's the combination of the ingredients or the Maca solely that is causing this, perhaps a sensitivity? I'm debating whether or not to keep this as I've barely used it but those have been the results almost every single time I try more than a teaspoon of this.

I really like this for a boost of unaltered vitamin C. We add it to hot tea, and smoothies. It mixes well into both hot and cold liquids. The flavor is tart, which is also to be expected, unsweetened. Just whole food vitamin C.
