Like many have said, it is cheap. With saying that I have used it on a couple of occasions and tried it out. If i wasnt over the return period, I'd be returning it.I would be very afraid to use this after a couple uses. The attachment point with the 1/4 screw is just that, held on by a cap that marries up onto the hollow shaft. I'm sure the only thing keeping that in tack is some glue. Who knows when that will give out, espesially when you have a heavy payload with thousands of dolllars on the other end. You're taking a huge risk with this, I'd save the money and invest in a solid monopod as an extension pole.

Telescopes easily, well made. With my gimbal and iPhone it does get a little top heavy and if you’re in the wind it will blow over. A small sandbag or tent stake should keep things stable.
