First I tried to buy from another supplier on AMAZON. The delivered ladder was broken. So I send it back and bought this one, which was exactly what I was looking for : the height is more than enough to hang out/in the curtains, fix light fixtures. and it is much safer that the standard ladders.

It's expandable or rather unfolds unto a 3x height which was the primary purpose of buying this but the steps are round and harsh on bare feet. The other issue is unlocking the folds can be challenging for novice user.
