Used it on the tear stained and gunk on my Shih Tzu's eyes, and the next day they were white again! She doesn't like it too much as I got some in her eye and now she doesn't trust me anymore, but before that incident happened she loved getting her eyes done.When I put it on her it is oily and I use a make up cotton disc to apply, it worked good but then wasn't getting the gunk off quick enough so I went and got a new soft toothbrush and apply it with the toothbrush, she loves it again but still doesn't trust me! The bristles of the soft toothbrush brush away the gunk and the next day she is white again! To use a toothbrush, I put a small amount in a cup and get the brush nice and wet and then wipe it on her, if you do this make sure you use two toothbrushes, one for each side as not to spread any fungus they may have.

I thought that for the price you pay and I don't mind paying for something that says it works and does work...but when you try something for days and really no difference when their should be a little difference, then you wasted your money.....which I did....must change the product so it works.....not worth the price.... shows a pic of a beautiful white dog, and mine is a Maltese she is a beauty but the stains drive me crazy it takes the crusty feeling away but not the stain.....

I have tried five other tear stain removers and none worked. This is the first one that actually leaves my dogs fur white once it dries. I have noticed it is no longer available. Not sure whether it is discontinued or out of stock? I hope it is still for sale!

Sorry to say this didn't work for my pup. I tried it for 2 days in a row and even though I was very careful not to get it into her eyes, the rims of her eyes and all around them got very red. I discontinued trying after only 2 days.

it doesn't not do what it said. It does reduce a little.

Already working well to keep his face as white as his body.
