It takes some time adjusting to it but once your skin/body gets fine tuned after a couple uses this thing is amazing for back recovery. I use it in my gaming chair overtop of my lumbar support pillow and this thing works wonders. - You just have to be careful handling it is all *Owned for about 2 months now* thing definitely is built to last.
