I'm a 5‘-3'', 123 pound woman. I've been working out for 2 years strong; however, during COVID CA gyms have been closed. I've been limited to the house, HIIT workouts, hula hooping and running, until now...this is a great workout tool for me. I feel like I got lucky. Can't beat this price! The package showed up undamaged, impressed with delivery! Kuddos to whomever finally got the delivery process right. The delivery man will run from your door, as in previous imagine - it's heavy - use a hand truck/dolly. Everything was in the box! Yay! I had my BF help me put it together and it took about 45 minutes. It works really well. It's not commercial grade, but it is decent and functional. Best bang for your buck, hands down, for PETITE people. My husband is 5’10” and he fits in there but it’s tight. Also the bar pretty short (maybe 5ft? 4 1/2?) so you have to lift and then spread out your arms to do a decent bench press. I’m giving it a 5 star rating because it is solid and for the price, you do get a lot. The leg extension works great and I can look for a guide for other exercises.

so far I have no dislikes for this bench,went together easy . Its very sturdy, sits on my floor without rocking. great product for the money.

Frame is sturdy. Seat is thick with good density cushioning. Upholstery is fine except for the red trim that is not sewn on inexplicably in several spots especially on the seat portion. I expect it to accidentally get ripped off but that shouldn't effect anything but aesthetics imo. The seat and back underlying structure are wood likely osb. Im not sure how it will hold up. If anything will break I expect it to be those. Im 250lbs so probably more an issue with me. Never the less I think I could get a new stronger seat/back made down the road. Again I think the steel fram is sturdy.

Great value for the price. Stable in flat, inclined and declining e positions. I am 6’ , 180 and it’s is just right . My teen daughter can easily adjust the incline levels. It is also not very heavy so can be moved around as need thought having a handle / wheels would me nice. The installation is straight forward. I did it by my self in less than 40 min while watching a UFC event.

Been using for six weeks now. Have had no issues. Unless you're a power lifter, weigh over 250 lbs, or are a work-out fanatic willing to spend for the very best of equipment, this unit will serve your needs very well

The assembly was very easy and it feels very sturdy. Seems heavy duty, but have not used yet. Will update after using for a while. Update: I have used the bench for couple of weeks and have no complaints. The first time I used it, the seat wobbled a little. I found that It simply needed tightening. Since doing that it has been fine. There are obviously better benches out there, but for the money, this is very good product. I am quite satisfied and do not regret my purchase.
