Body Heat Activated Crib, Twin, Full, Queen or King Size Bed Warmer Mattress Pad (Crib) by Perfectly Safe

Its very thin and seems like it would be very easy to break, but since it sits under the sheet its not really a worry. As soon as you pick up the material you can notice that it heats up your hand. Its a somewhat strange sensation at first because its not hot in the typical sense. Normally when you sit somewhere for a while, the surface is warm to the touch because the surface has absorbed some heat from you. This is an altogether different feeling. The material seems to not absorb your heat, but reflect it back at you.Although its a strange sensation to directly hold the material, my son seems to love it in the playpen. He really didn't like sleeping in the playpen (he seems to be very sensitive to cold) but once we added this he has no problems staying asleep. When I pick him up his back is noticeably warmer. The warmer is sort of like aluminum foil, but much sturdier and less crinkly/noisy. It has a thin foam applied across it which I assume is to act as an insulator, but it does provide a little extra bit of cushioning as well, which is nice.Overall I am happy with the product and it seems to work as advertised.

I was struggling putting my newborn to bed in her crib for longer than an hour at a time and I thought maybe it was because she was cold. My husband refused to get an electric heating pad so I found this and decided to give it a try. We put it under a thin comforter so she wouldn’t completely overheat, and there would be some padding to muffle the crinkly noise (which is mild, btw, but still there). The first night she slept about 5 hours on her own and when she did finally wake up it was like she was excited to go back to bed. It works awesome even through the comforter and I like that it is not a fire hazard. Husband now wants me to get a big one for our bed for the Wisconsin winter. 10/10 would buy again and highly recommend it for parents who want to train their babies to sleep in their own beds.

Total garbage. Looks terrible, useless. Does absolutely nothing - doesn’t warm up the bed at all. You’ll have better luck putting a warm blanket under the fitted sheet to get some warmth. Would not recommend this product at all!

Seems to work pretty well but still used a fleece blanket over top of it and under the sheet. Also at first it makes a slight crinkle sound until worn in.

I don't know. We've used this for a few months and I don't notice the difference. I guess we'll just keep running the heater all night. But then baby gets sweaty. But it seems to work well for some people. Maybe it's just not for our baby. Either way we use it. It works well as the mattress protector for diaper leaks. So I mean it's not useless. LoL that's why I gave it 3 stars.

My son never stayed under his blanket and I always worry about him being too cold with the AC and fan on in our bedroom. The first night we used this bed warmer this is how he fell asleep. I checked on him and covered him back up when I went to bed and even though he was uncovered his little body was so warm and he was sleeping so good! Definitely impressed with how well this works! I no longer have to worry about my baby being too cold!

This heated mattress pad is the only one I have found that allows you to heat separate areas of the pad. In the winter, I use the controls to heat the entire bed and then I turn off the top two sections and just leave my feet area on. There are times when my husband does not want his blanket on at all but, because you can control both sides of the bed separately, I am still able to warm my side. This has been a lifesaver for me because I need my feet warm or I cannot sleep. I absolutely love this heated mattress pad.

Doesn't really work. I read the reviews before purchasing and figured I would still try it out. Not worth the money.
