This series of books is a favorite for me and my 6 year old daughter. We enjoy cuddling together and reading about Ella and her adventures with Mummy fairy, and sometimes even play out the parts and make up our own spells and stories. Each adventure is cute (in a nice and simple way), witty, funny, and something little girls can easily relate to. The language is simple enough that young readers can at least try to read on their own or with some support. Although I could have done without the use of the word "stupid", but generally the language used and the moral lessons involved are otherwise acceptable.I would recommend these books.

Bought this as a present for now 6 yr old Granddaughter who really enjoys this series of books , gradually working through this series of books as Christmas, birthday and Easter gifts, she loves the mix of reading and activities was very pleased with each book so far. Would highly recommend.

Bought all 4 mummy fairy books for grand niece. She likes the books very much.
