Very quick delivery arriving five days earlier than expected. Straight forward set up and easy to move around. Purchased because of recent power cuts but tested and was impressed with by the amount of heat put out. Modern styling. Very pleased.

Works well, doesn't drink to much gas, pumps out a lovely amount of heat. The white stuff the flames run up, started to crumble after 6-9 months. But still works fine.

I have send heater without realise switch . Now I want to return the product but can not as I can not take out the gas’s cylinder also no communication options to communicate with the seller.

Haven’t tried it yet as picture on Amazon misleading. Shows heater + hose + gas bottle. I didn’t order gas as it looked as though it was included in order!

We propose to use this when the cooler mornings and evenings of Autumn in the Spring / Early Summer. (replaces electric heater)It is normally on for an hour or so at the time. There are three fixed heat settings and perhaps a more variable setting arrangement would be better, being able to adjust from low to high.Easy to start, but necessary to turn on and off as described.Others have reported high heat inside with the gas cylinder becoming very warm BUT we did not find this, we did place the cylinder not toughing the metal of the heat shield inside and found that this heat shield did not become other than warm.Pleased with this heater.The supplied regulator did not fit Calor Gas Irish Butane cylinder and we had to buy and change the regulator.DISSAPOINTMENT in that out of 4 large items from Amazon over a year or two 3 have had some damage presumably by the carriers. This heater had four small impact damage to the cardboard box, one of these reached through to chip the paint on the front of the heater. It is minor but is there and annoying, and if ever I wanted to sell will may affect the resale price! The item is shipped id it's showroom box without any additional packing.Amazon have return procedures but such a hassle. Compensation ?T S Hamilton

We used this product in the conservatory as we could eat out there now.It needs ventilating if all doors and windows are shut.We opened a window a bit then closed it after 15mims. Andit's great. Thanks.

Simple to assemble and gives out a decent amount of heat ..now for the bad points …A 15kg Calor bottle doesnt fit perfectly on the base ( it overhangs by about an inch ) After assembly i realised that the control knob had snapped away from the ignition unit ,so to operate i have to hold it in place ,i could have returned but being honest its a cheap heater which does what i need it to do ,so ime satisfied so far .

This would be a great heater if it actually worked. Arrived damaged but the company sent out replacement parts which i fitted. Worked fine for a while but now the flame won't stay on. I've contacted the company again but after more than a week, they still haven't got back to me, despite them saying they'd get back to me within 48 hours. I wouldn't buy again from this company.
