Very disappointing
This is just an ordinary Genoese hard salami, with a bunch of wet herbs stuck around the outside and wrapped in a plastic sleeve. The salami is not actually made with the herbs as part of the recipe, it's just got the herbs stuck around the outside, and that really doesn't change the flavor of the salami at all.

Salami & Herbs are a great Combo
I enjoy the herb coating on this salami. The salami itself is good, but could be a bit tangier. In general the this is a product worth trying. It’s particularly good as part of a charcuterie plate.

Very good without the herbs
I like herbes de provence but this was too much and the herbs had a stale taste to me. I ended up scraping off most of the herbs and I'm glad I did. The salami was delicious and not oily at all.
