Fried some fish up in this with a shot of coconut vinegar - - forgot the lemon, but this works too. This is delightful. The jars are tiny-cute, but a little goes a long way. One could also spread this on some toast for a sandwich. I will be buying more of this! Love it!

This has an overwhelming aroma of raw onions, which I can't appreciate. Only sweet onions, please. I only use a tiny bit, to have a bit of garlic flavor in an omelet, or in a stir-fry. Maybe it will grow on me, but not a good first impression.

Yummy, yum, yum! This is delicious and so far has worked with everything I cooked it with. My only wish, a larger jar!

I tried this out the other day while cooking chicken. Instead of olive oil and seasonings, I put a spoon of this on the pan and I was completely blown away on how well the flavor of this coconut oil stuck on the meat. I got excited and tried it with popcorn, toast and crackers and its pretty delicious. Turns out its 100% organic and kosher so i feel guilt free and healthy.The only downside is that I go through it too quick.
