Stories From the Polycule: Real Life in Polyamorous Families Paperback – October 1, 2015

Been struggling with the whole poly thing for a while, this book let me know how other people have dealt with the same issues.

I am glad this book exists- there are so many "how to get started in poly" books that it feels that once you've started, there's nowhere to go. Thankfully this book tells many tales beyond just getting started and engaged me in other styles of polyamory that differed from mine, which are always a pleasure to read about to better educate myself.

Amazingly honest and forthright stories from the heart by those who are experiencing the joys and difficulties of this paradigm. I'm glad they don't make it all sound like roses. But overall, if you really resonate with polyamory, this will be helpful in overcoming the sometimes painful experiences, or at least be prepared for them, as well as find contentment in being who you really are.

Tales from the trenches, from so many angles! I'm certain I will read this several times as I continue my personal and academic inquiry into the nature of polyamory. A great read for anyone who is curious about non-monogamy, even if you already know it's not in the cards for you.

Thought there would be more explanations of sexuality

This book is a collection of stories I found to be helpful and informative. There are many different forms of poly being executed all around the world, this but a small window.

Well written, very enjoyable ! A nice insight into poly families.

The first 10 stories are from people who did a lot of cheating and casual relationships before poly. Instructive, but not altogether a group I can identify with. Definitely would not give to a loved one to understand poly. Maybe it gets better. I hope so.
