Drop in yield
Anyone who is pressing with these screens must realize the reduction in yield. The stainless steel clogs and you end up just soaking the inner screen and product. I compared the performance of two screens: 1 silk and 1 stainless steel:Metal is easier to bend and cut to size. It holds shape. However, my yield reduced by more than half.Silk is a pain to wrap product in, and it's less durable. My yields were superb.Honestly, I'd rather press with no screen than this one. They also do not come prefolded , as in the picture.2 stars for the artwork ;)
