Q: Has anyone used this tape for anything else beside projector border?

I haven't but the company sent me a list of stuff other people have done with the tape. Mattify and remove glare/reflection on frames of shiny monitor screens/TVs- Attach to back of picture frames/wall hangings, to keep from rubbing against the wall - Attach to bottom of furniture/heavy items to protect laminate flooring when moving, rearranging - Attach to bottom of chairs to avoid scraping the floor - Commonly used on bottom of lamps - Line jewelry/display cases - Dampen sound on cabinets - Cover edge on piano key covers to keep it from slamming shut - Attach to bottom or edges of things that need to slide in and out of shelving ex. plastic bins, drawers, baskets, etc. - Protect furniture from robot vacuums such as Roomba - Used a lot in cars to dampen noise, plastic squeaks and rattles (ex. sun visor mirrors, license plates, window panes, other places of friction in contact with leather seats, etc)Good luck

Q: How many do I need for 120in screen ?

I am sure one should be enough. Mine half is still leftover

I guess so. It came as roll so tape itself is rollable and so u should able to use on roll up screen

Q: Can the tape be removed easily and reuse? Or easily remove and retape to perfect the lining?

I wouldn't recommend trying to remove it. The tape is extremely tacky and you might pull the paint right off the wall. I drew a line on the wall and managed to keep it pretty straight.
