Gave this as a gift to a professional therapist and asked for this brand and is happy with the set. He had a warmer for the stones, and I think some therapists use a crock pot with a towel in it.

No directions needed!! Easy to use! I just heat them up in a pot of water. Place them in a towel to cool and then apply. It’s very soothing and holds heat well.

We haven't used the stones yet but they are just what I ordered. The Only problem was one of the stones came in broke but it's not really a big deal because it comes with quite a few of the same size

I bought them for a colleague, They hold a lot of heat, I don’t love the shape but they’re ok to use overall good product. One day f the smaller stones came broken which was disappointing but she didn’t mind Thank god.

Great Christmas gift and exactly what I was looking for!

I heated these up several ways..... microwave, boiling water and crockpot. I left them in water for 45 minutes and once I took them out (they were VERY hot, I had to use tongs) they were cooled off within 5 minutes. They don't hold the heart for any therapeutic amount of time. I returned them.
