They are made by Smith and Nephew. It is a British company. It works really well but can be pricey depending on the reason your using it and location. Amazon by far has the best price. At my Dr office is was 75.00/pack. So they have it for a much better deal online.

I dont know as it was shipped to my son but medical products are usually at least 12months

It's one sheet, you have to cut it to fit your scar.

Q: Can the help raise indented acne scars?

Not sure. Purpose is to soften scar tissue.
