Image not sticking, arrived dirty
One of the plates arrived dirty and the images are not sticking to the plate and slowly coming off with each use/wash. Overall, they are fine and do the job.

A bit expensive..but at least you get 2
The whole point is mindful eating, portion control & accountability. These plates visually do that. Seem to be quality made. Visual cues for quarter of plate for protein, quarter starch/grains & half the plate for veggies &/or fruit sets you up for success. I’m sure in time this plate set up will become an ingrained way of thinking & eating & that’s a very good thing!! The go in the dishwasher fine. The little bit smaller plate diameter is what we should be using to help control runaway portions too.

Great size and having the portion guide right on the plate is super helpful. Love these, they are very easy to clean too.
