We don't recommend using both the foam and lotion at the same time, as this may give you less control over your color results. If you're unsatisfied with the color deposited by just the lotion or the foam, we suggest buying a darker shade and building it slowly over the course of a few weeks.

Yes. I don't always use the scrub, but it's gentle enough that you can apply the lotion afterwards.
