Q: Would it fit in a pill holder?

It does in mine. My pill holder is a 7 day, AM and PM. It fits in my husband's as well. Would depend on the size of your pill holder.

Q: Is this a 10 mg tablet?

It’s says what is in the pill but it doesn’t say that the pill itself is mg. So if you look at the front of the container you will see the ingredients and the percentages in the chewable pill.
