I bought a few of these to use for my insulin pump as I wear it at the side of my waist. Previous ones that I had of a different brand didn't last as long as I would have hoped and I seemed to sweat a lot under them. The first one of these I used and am still using has been great so far and nice and comfortable although they may be a little too wide for some as they may show a bit more under a shirt or top but for me they are top notch. A+++
