Lightweight but warm
I'm not big on tighter fitting clothing but I like these. Perfect for hiking in cooler weather. Sizing is on point with their charts. Thinner material but holds up well. The wool is soft on the skin and breathes well.

Most comfortable, best fit, and warm!
I absolutely love these. I have spent a lot of time hospitalized the past two years due to a horrendous medical mistake a hospital employee made by not only giving me the wrong medication after surgery, but a huge overdose of the medication causing my large intestine to perforate and rupture inside my abdomen making me clinically dead twice, during the 9 hours of operation that followed and 26 hrs of additional hours that followed from complications that surfaced. As a former extreme outdoorsman I knew the value of wool for warmth and merino wool provided the most for the least weight, zero itching and greater comfort. I had several pairs that were over a thousand miles away and due to poor circulation caused by all of my surgeries, I was freezing, then I came across these and recognized the brand. I got the last pairs in my size and wore them through the month of April. Absolutely wonderful. Will be buying more when they are in stock for tent makers who make my clothes! Haha 😄

Great quality wool underwear
My boyfriend loves these wool underwear bottoms. They're soft, warm, great quality and nice fit. I bought woolite and hand washed in cold water. They are keeping their shape. Will buy again!

Extremely Comfortable
I absolutely love these. Bought the matching set and both top/bottom are great. I wear the bottoms all the time because they are so cozy. On really cold days I wear them out under my pants, but I wear them consistently under my pajamas at home. Super soft and not itchy at all. I own lots of other merino wool clothing and I feel that these are the best value. It's very soft yet isn't too delicate. Thick so they're warm, but like all 100 percent wool, will wick away sweat and doesn't stink even if not washed regularly. The "Large" size that I purchased is exactly what I expected for large and fits me perfectly. 5'10" 180lbs. and I wear 32"X32" jeans. The elasticity is good enough to comfortably fit at least a 36" waist. I have 2 sets and will definitely purchase the pants again when these wear out.

Warm and soft,not itchy.
The wool is warm to a degree. It is only one layer among others, which in temperatures below freezing is quite necessary. An outer shell of wind resistant, water proof material is also necessary in addition to other layers of insulating material. It is quite flexible and light in weight making it an excellent choice for hiking. It is a nominal dollar value.

Comfy Warmth
The only way to know if this garment is comfy, warm, non-itching and fits well is to ... wear it.I did exactly that shortly after I received it. I wore it for 3 straight days. I notice the top is pilling a little bit (what else should you expect from wool), but the top and the bottoms held up to one cycle in gentle wash. The garment instructions that came on a printed card with the piece say something a bit different from the instructions printed on the garment. For example, the card instructions say NOT to place in the dryer, but the instructions on the piece itself say "Turn inside out. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with like colors. Lay flat to dry recommended or machine dry on low heat. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean, Do not wring dry."So it seems they don't recommend using a dryer, however a fluff cycle in the dryer is the best way we know of to get pet hair off... so that's what we opt for before - or after - laying it out flat to finish dry.I do notice that the tag (which I summarized above - and have included a photo of) is likely to come off... but those tags are often a comfort nuisance. You DO need a magnifying glass to read that tag!I also notice that the pieces we received were made in China (PRC).The fit is good, comfy, and just like the top it's warm, non-itchy with no abrasive seams to irritate my skin. We all have probably had an experience of getting a garment with a tag that is so annoying that you want to rip it off ASAP - either because the tag itself is scratchy or the sewing holding the tag to the garment is obnoxious. This tag is long and thin, but not annoying. How well it will hold up to use remains to be seen... but I don't see anything that makes me think it is likely to fall apart or get threadbare easily. Indeed, the best thing I can say about this garment is that it is MORE comfortable AND warmer than the cotton long johns I have. Cotton is pretty miserable thing to have next to your skin in the cold when you sweat or it gets wet.All the pieces I've purchased so far come with a free pair of Merino socks. The socks are not very thick, but they do seem ok.

Wearable underwool
Even if you're not a "wool person," this underwear is comfortable, warm, and durable. I've worn wool all my life and am used to it, but my wife is sensitive to most wools. She tried on my new top-bottom to see how they felt and found them 'unusually soft' and comfortable. Now she wants a set of her own.I found these too hot to wear at bedtime, but perfect for outdoor use. They add another 15-20 degrees F to your outer cold weather gear. And the next time I head off to winter camp, ski, or snowshoe, I'm definitely going to have these on.BTW, the sizing chart proved to be accurate. I recommend following their guidelines, even if the recommended sizes seem larger then what you typically order.Delivery was super-fast and packaging was adequate.

All fun aside this is a superior garment . Soft, light, surprisingly thin and most definitely warm . I've been out in -32c with wind wearing these , flannel pajamas and a pair of North Face summit pants (which are not very thick at all), and didn't feel any cold on my very thin legs . Past 60 and cold is no fun anymore .I bought many different brands of wool long johns during my years as an underground miner, and these are now my favourite brand. If I ever wear these out - I'll be back for more .

Super angenehm
