Can't beat the price ! And I didn't have to go out in the snow to get them !

Honestly, just received them, so I can't comment on how well it holds up. However, they look really well made (have the metal washers, as described), were sized accurately, easy to apply, came well-packaged in a box of two. Love how thick they are, nice for grabbing floor firmly and hopefully, longevity. Also, priced very well, especially for two! Just to add, I first ordered a replacement tip from the company I purchased my cane from years ago (Brazos Walking Sticks - and FWIW the stick itself is still great). After measuring carefully according to their instructions, got a tip that was too small, not configured anything like the great tip that came with it. It's round on the bottom, smaller and thinner, so not nearly as stable. Also, was a pricey 10 bucks for one that didn't fit and a very pricey 10 bucks for shipping. This Carex one was immensely better deal for two - that look and work and fit exactly like the original, with FREE shipping! Time will tell how it holds up, will definitely update if it turns out to be crap.

I bought these back in 2018 and today I'm wanting to replace the first one with the second one that came in the package. Unfortunately, I can't find it and can't remember where I put it! So, I'm reordering now. In fact, the original one still works, but the aesthetics have finally suffered as the bottom outer edges have chipped over time. After two plus years, who's complaining? Word of experience, this cane tip should be installed on a clean cane end and with a spot of hot glue inside the bottom of the cup and a smear around the edge of the cane. Might give it a very slight sanding before installing just to make a more sure grip. Cleaning purpose only. These are the one inch tips for a cane one inch in diameter so keep that in mind when ordering. Unfortunately I'm permanently disabled as I have no disc left between the vertebra in my spine. I'm 2 inches shorter than I once was as well. It takes me considerably longer to do the most simple of tasks than it once did as I can fall over with the best of them, but getting back up is a bit rough. Believe it or not, I've actually used my Cattleman's Cane while having climbed up a ladder to clean the chimney on a composite shingle roof. Between this cane tip and the composite shingle, the grip was just fine. Be it out and about or inside my home, these have a good grip. I have a real slate floor inside my home and have no problems with cane slip. A polished cement floor can be a bit tougher though so consider that whenever such a surface is traversed. No problems on wood and no scuff marks left behind. Win-win.
