I bought this to do an "as good as factory" repair/screen replacement on a Microsoft surface pro, I used the inner plastic bezel as a template and carefully used a caliper and straight edge with razor to reproduce an exact Die Cut of the factory adhesive. This stuff cuts super clean and is easy to trim by hand. With the plastic carrier layer that makes 9474LE easy to cut by hand, I was a little concerned about it being too thick, but the carrier is so thin, it is not noticeable. The adhesive is super strong (same stuff factory uses) and sticks very aggressively to low surface energy materials like glass. The digitizer glass sits perfectly flush and at the same height as factory adhesive. If you need to replace a large digitizer on an oddball device that pre die cut adhesives are not readily available for (ie Microsoft Surface), this is the stuff you want!

Excellent quality, great packaging, and good instructions. Spent some time researching adhesives for my handmade leather pick guard, and this is the best available. This is cut from a large sheet then prepared and packaged for smaller, single use applications. The packaging is very high quality. The center layer makes it easier to trim the adhesive without fouling the blade. First time doing this, and it came out looking like a professional did it. Adhesive has held up under high and low temperatures, and high and low humidity without any changes. Highly recommended.

Nice tape that is really sticky. Got it for a guitar pickguard that came off so I applied this onto the pick guard and it hasn’t came off since! The only negative thing I would say is that the tape is kinda difficult to peel off on one side since the tape is pretty thin.
