One of life’s essentials!
This book offered me the chance to reflect on why and how I got my life back on track and subsequently became a coach in fitness and mental health.It also offers an insight into the life and mindset of the great man himself and is as life affirming as it is practical.It offers simple yet effective advice (that is tried & tested by Tim himself) on how to improve your mind, body and life in general.When clients ask me what they can do in order to support the work we do together, I simply say read this book!!

TRUMAV....You have the power to succeed...just need a little help from Tim McGraw!!!
This is Awesome book!!!It has helped me to conquer things I would have normally given an excuse for not doing!!!It is so well written and Tim’s perspectives are 100% Bang on!!!My perspective of this book isn’t just about conquering exercise.I use to drink Wine every night!! It would be 2-3 glasses during the week and of course quite a few on Weekends.With Tim’s book I was able to use these techniques to stop drinking all the time.It has only been 8 weeks to date but when I’ve tried in the past...I would stop during the week BUT drink even more on the weekends!!I have also used his wisdom to conquer losing weight.So, so far I haven’t had a drink in 8 weeks and have lost 22.6 lbs.My next goal is to start running.If you are him’ng & huh’ng on purchasing this book....just do it!!You won’t be sorry!!!!

Read this book!
I purchased this book for my husband, but ended up reading it myself before passing it along. What an honest and enriching read! This book will change readers' lives- bravo!
