Works, a little high for cost

This is a great eco-conscious brand - all of their products I've tried work VERY well, and this dish soap was no exception. Also has a nice smell that is not overbearing. Love!

We received a pack of 2. Non-scented. We were happy it cleaned fine and had no smell. The issue is the first bottle was so thick we could barely squeeze any out and the second bottle was really watered down. This may be just because the inventors don't have their mix down properly yet but it could also be a red flag for shady business practices. If they are watering these down then they should sell for less and let the customer know!

I have been using the Better Life products including their Dish Soap since 2013 when the inventors/owners of Better Life appeared on Shark Tank. I have been using the Better Life products because they claim to be non-toxic, safe, clean, etc. One of the owners of Better Life drank their cleaning product on Shark Tank to prove how non-toxic their products are. I noticed that the past 2 bottles of Better Life Dish Soap were more watery and cloudy with small white flakes of something floating in them. I assumed the cloudiness and change in thickness may have been caused by temperature fluctuations in the Amazon warehouse and/or delivery trucks because the dish soap seemed to provide the same cleaning power as prior bottles of the Better Life dish soap. But now that I’ve read other Amazon reviews regarding new chemicals in the dish soap that are listed on the Better Life website but not on the actual dish soap bottle, I will no longer buy the Better Life dish soap AND I’m now worried about new chemicals that may be in the other Better Life products I’m currently using in my home.
