How big are the pills?

They're about standard for a capsule. Larger than something like a standard pull like ibuprofen, but not as large as those "horse pill" type antibiotics you sometimes get. I have trouble taking larger pills sometimes but as long as I take these with water, I have no trouble.

The Description states - 120 Capsules... The picture of the bottle shows 40 Capsules. How many Capsules are being sold of this item?

It says 120, but unfortunately almost every single one of ours was empty and there are no refunds from this seller.

does this have dao in this product?

This product does not contain DAO. As of 2017, Umbrellux (umbrelluxdao.com) is the only food-grade Diamine Oxidase (DAO) enzyme currently licensed to be sold in the US outside of practioner's offices.

what is the expiration date? thanks!

My experience seems to be about 18-24 months from when you buy it. Of course that would depend on the seller's stock. And I'm sure it's still effective past that date. I've never had a problem with it.
