I am no good at purchasing curling irons but this one seems to be it! Hopefully it last more than 6 months. BUT S FAR SO GOOD!!!

The wand I received looks NOTHING like the wand in the photo...or any photo of a Jose eber product I could find online. I have a19mm Jose eber wand I purchased years ago, and it looks like a thinner version of the wand in the photo. The box arrived damaged, the plastic holding the wand was mangled and torn with no included warranty card etc...I plugged in this new wand and waited for it to heat up...except it never reached a high temperature and was not able to curl my hair. I plugged in my authentic (thinner) wand from years ago and it reached a high temp within a couple of minute-where water bounced off and evaporated almost immediately. This knock off I received would let the water sit for several seconds until it slowly evaporated. Not sure what I received but it is worthless and will be going back. Pretty sure it is not an authentic Jose Eber product. Think twice ladies.

Love this works like a dream. My hair is fine and Jose Ebers curlers are the only ones that keep the curl in my hair. I have every barrel size and this has added to my addition. I'm so happy:)

Love love love! My hair has the hardest time holding a curl! This combined with a good holding spray and my hair looks awesome. Love this! Have this size as well as the smaller size. Loveeee both!!!!! So quick and easy to do my hair now!

I love Jose Eber curling irons. I have the 19mm, 25mm, and now the 32mm. In my opinion, these products produce a great amount of curl in a short amount of time. This 32mm iron is great for large loose waves/curls. I say waves/curls because that is kind of what I start out with in the morning. By the end of the day the curl is gone, but my hair still has some waves, and still has nice body. I have long (bra strap length) fine thin poker straight dirty blond hair. When I don't curl it, it just falls limply, plainly down around my face. When I use this iron, I actually feel more attractive because my hair is bouncy and flippy and I feel like it doesn't look like I'm trying too hard to style my hair. And with this, really I'm not.Now let me give some details about it - there is no heat setting option for this iron, just on and off. This is fine with me, as I've had irons that have a dozen heat settings and never really could figure out what was best for me. It so happens that this, whatever temperature it reaches, is good for me. This barrel is as it states, clipless and ceramic. If you aren't familiar with using them, I'd highly recommend using the heat reducing glove that comes with it. I haven't used this particular one, but I used the glove that came with the 19mm iron I have (my first of the Jose Ever irons) and while I could feel heat, and it would eventually get hot if I kept touching the barrel, the glove was a good protector for my hand. I've been using these irons for years and I'd say I'm pretty good at handling it, but for some reason I burned myself twice with this one recently. I think it's the wide barrel; my hair is so fine and slippery that I'm still working on how to wind the hair to keep it in place so that pieces don't slip free. Just something for people to consider when using this.The directions say to hold hair in place for 2-5 seconds to create curl. Me, I do it for 15-20 seconds each. I'm curious if that is because I like a little more curl than this large barrel is supposed to produce, or if it is because I do larger chunks of hair than the standard 1x1 inch section. I really don't have time for that. I curl my whole head in ten minutes in the morning. Time is actually why I purchased this. I purchased a 32mm barrel clipless ceramic curling iron in another brand, for $20.00 cheaper. But it took me twice as long to do my hair and I really just don't have time for that. I'm sure 20 minutes of hair time isn't much for most women, but I am one of those people who really have a hard time waking up in the morning and by the time I get around to doing my hair I pretty much can only spare ten minutes then I need to run out the door or be late to work. And honestly, that is what was happening with the old curling iron, which is just insane if you think about it, to be late to work because you were curling your hair.I don't know what else to say about this - I actually don't know if it eventually turns off after a certain amount of time on. I don't think it does turn off itself. For me that is not an issue because I have a routine of unplugging it and placing it safely on an inclined resting spot away from anything while it cools down. To me this is essential because I rush out the door to work while it is still hot. It can and will minimally melt things it comes in contact with (like any curling iron) so allow cool down time in a safe place!I would definitely recommend this curling iron to anyone who wants very loose curls to flippy waves.

As I expected, Jose Eber is the best and fastest curling iron ever.I have a long hair, and the previous curling iron take up to 1 hour. With Jose Eber the maximum time I take is 20 minutes!It's marvelleusly simple to use and the result is absolutley amazing.

I ordered the Jose Eber Clipless Curling Iron Black 32mm and I guess I had too high expectations for this product. I have always had a hard time getting my hair to curl as it is a little bit longer than my chest and it is very thick as well, and naturally pretty straight. I have tried using it only once, but I felt as though it was not really doing much to my hair. The iron heated up just fine, it just did not seem like it was doing much for my hair. No heat settings that I've noted, only an on/off switch. I bought it because a girl I know uses it and her hair is long and thin. However, the item arrived quickly and it was very nicely packaged with its own box.
