No complaints - good value hotties
Good quality hot water bottles, thick and work as they should with stoppers that screw in easily but don’t leak (you’d be surprised how many hot water bottles have stoppers that don’t do the job they’re designed to). I’m a hot water bottle connoisseur and replace mine regularly as you’re supposed to (if yours start to feel thin and stretchy CHUCK THEM OUT - they’re dangerous) and these are decent and at a good price point. I have covers already so didn’t want to buy ones that came with covers, these were perfect.

Good value as you get three for the price of one.
Very good value as you get three for pretty much the price of one. The quality seems very good also, not flimsy. They are a standard size so fit most covers if you didnt want to change the cover you have. Worth the money.

Keep me warm
Excellent hot water bottles for the price and will get more for guests. Agree with previous customers the lid is very plastic so not sure how long these will last. I have had mine for 4 weeks and used every day. One I use throughout the day no leaks and lid is intact. If your worried just make sure you use a cover. However I can say no leaks as of yet. Happy with purchase and would buy again.

Handy size.
I’d only planned to buy one to replace one in a hot water bottle cover, but the three are a great buy. They look well made, but as none of them have been used as yet, I can’t claim to know how they’ll perform (no water leaks, etc). They’re a perfect size to take along when travelling, or just to add some extra warmth.

POTENTIALLY UNSAFE - MORE THAN 2 YEARS OLD.
Manufacture date shows they are already more than two years old ! How to check your hot water bottle's expiry date Most people don’t realise that hot water bottles have a lifespan of just two years. After that, the rubber begins to break down and can split under pressure. To find out when yours was made, look for the ‘flower wheel’ or ‘daisy wheel’ symbol on the neck or funnel of the bottle. The number in the centre shows the year of manufacture The petals around it represent the 12 months of the year Small dots inside each petal indicate the week of production For example, a bottle with the number 22 and dots up to the fourth petal was made in April 2022, meaning it should be replaced by April 2024. If your bottle is older than two years, it’s safest to replace it, even if it looks fine. Both RoSPA and the Children’s Burns Trust recommend checking this each winter and never buying second-hand bottles, which may already have perished rubber or hidden damage. A 'flower wheel' or 'daisy wheel' can be found on the funnel or neck or all hot water bottles, from which you can tell the date of manufacture.
