Brilliant empowering book
I read this engaging and concise book in just 2 days. It was easy to hyperfocus on, and it exceeded my expectations. I bought it because I wanted to read one of Hartmann’s books on the concept that ADHD brains are, rather than being defective, suited for certain roles–like being hunters. I chose this one because it had the coolest cover. To my surprise it was exactly what I needed, with a lot of actionable tips on starting and running a business if you have ADHD traits. I didn’t realize it was going to be focussed on entrepreneurs. If you are one or want to become one, this will be relevant to you.

Interesting easy to read book!
This theory has gained attention in media recently. The book has made a lot of sense to someone who was late diagnosed. Worth a purchase

not worth reading
I do not understand why this book has soooo good reviews. Yes, it is not about children ADHD (and this is the only one pros), but the whole book is like it was a school project written by 13 years old.The only two interesting things:- Title: division on hunters and farmers.- Paragraph about family - setting goals for yourself with regard to your family instead of trying to set their goals. (Page 106)I do not regret buing this book only thanks to these two things.
