Love this. You can use as a chair or extend the netting to support your feet as well. It does have a nice high back, but the high back means you cannot lie down in it like a true hammock. The wood bar is thick and secure and the rope good, thick, cotton.I went to the hardware store and purchased appropriate weight-bearing hardware, including a swivel mechanism so that my boys can spin around as they lounge.A fun addition to our beachy living room, and I appreciate that it is a calming neutral color.

This is a great hammock. I can stretch out full length, 6ft, with head supported, very roomy.Perfect for my family who are 6' to 6' 6" tall.The weave is smaller than most hammocks, very comfortable, elbows and heels won't poke through the weaveThe top bar is not just a plain unfinished dowel, it has a furniture type finish and has decorative grooves routed in several places.Our last hammock this size was stolen several years ago, it took a while to find a replacement and it is much better than the old one.

The hammock is so comfortable! It is also sturdy enough for the warm season, however, it may need to be replenished after the season, if it’s in the weather or sees a lot of use. Nice swing.

This seems to be well designed and can be used with or without a cushion. Plenty big enough to stretch out into a hammock and lay in, and seems to dry quickly if it rains and gets wet. It is easy to get into and easy to change positions. I prefer this style to the canvas style which I had previously.

Had this for 2 weeks now. This is actually a good hammock but has a safety issue that probably some already found out. The string for the pompoms are actually used to tie down the set of strings for the eye for hanging. This pompom string untied itself and the hammock slipped (pic 1). I was able to catch myself so no injury but can imagine someone getting hurt with this issue. I decided to use a cable tie to keep the set of strings in place to avoid this from happening again (pic 2). They need to fix this issue.Otherwise, the hammock is comfortable and we use it a lot.

This thing looks really pretty in my room and it is super comfy, however, 1 twine tore (probably my fault). Other then that, I love the product.

Here I am 4 days past the return date and I go to put my 3 year old niece in one of two swings that I purchased and as I sat her down I hear this nice ripping noise. I look up and the top loop that’s supposed to secure the swing has almost completely ripped and is only attached by a few strands from each rope cord. I haven’t checked the other chair to see if the same thing is happening but considering I weigh 119 lb and have only sat in them a few times, they shouldn’t be falling apart.When I unboxed them and hung them I did notice that one swing was bright white while the other one was ivory, and that a few of the ropes had come untied. The mismatched coloring wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t think a few untied ropes that I could easily tie were a reason to return them but seeing the chairs condition now I wish I had.Super bummed. I loved these chairs

Nice and comfortable. The string that keeps the swing part on the ends of the pole broke shortly after receiving. Still works but have to rig it.
