Q: Are they made of pp plastic abs or cellulose acetate?

They look and feel plastic, but I can’t say for sure. The packaging wasn’t conclusive. I have really long hair and the only way I can use them effectively is when I have an updo like bun, French twist, braid or pony tail. I can’t say they are super strong but they will hold my hair.
