I've used this twice since I bought it. First time wasn't great but thought I'd give it a second go. I should've known when I opened the box and there was a letter saying "Don't give us a bad review just e-mail us" that this was gonna be garbage.1. The screw in handle won't stay screwed in.2. The extension handle doesn't fit. It was either machined poorly or just made with cheap materials.3. The actual usable surface area of the peel is smaller than stated and very awkward. You can make an oval pizza I suppose but not a regular round pizza unless you want something pretty small.4. The rocking knife is very very cheap. I've used it two times and there are already small dents in the blade. All I have cut is pizza.Spend a few extra bucks and buy something a little nicer.

The cutter dings up pretty quickly and the peel having a wider front end is inconvenient.The peel also comes with a blue film on it for protection... but is a bitch to get off the edges. I think they cut the steel with the film on and the film melts to the edge. Took me about 10 minutes to get it all off. It was annoying, but not a deal breaker.The price and extending handle is pretty cool. I haven't used full length yet, but It's sturdy enough for me be confident it'll do fine in a deeper over.Overall: Decently happy with the purchase.

The screws are stripped on the handle already. Dropped a whole pizza as a result of it.

I had an outdoor pizza oven built. Needing some tools I purchased this set. I love the cutter. It cuts so easily and is easy. The paddle I don't need the extension but the size of the paddle is perfect. Hopefully this set will last a while if taken care of properly.
