I didn't like the CD album of "Beyond" as much as the predecessor "Within", mainly because too many tracks had the piano camouflaged by orchestral fussiness. As the sheet music book was piano only, I expected the pieces to present themselves better, but alas, no. I came to the conclusion that they simply aren't that good this time round. As for the re-arranged cover of "Kashmir", (now on both albums), I think it's a bit poor to do the same cover song TWICE, especially when they aren't radically different. More originals next time, please!

My son was recommended this book by his piano teacher and he has absolutely loved it. It’s a great quality book and the songs are beautiful.

I so enjoy playing William Joseph’s books . This is the second one that I now have . It is just challenging enough to keep me practicing to perfection . The music is so melodic and moving . Thank you .
