it stopped working like 2 days after and one of the ears are not like the picture

i loved the hat! it was so cute! except for a few things that made it uncute,,, one of the ears wouldn’t pop properly unless a clip was attached. Also if it was stuffed a bit it would have been better.. the lace inside kept coming out from the top and i had to tuck it in multiple times,, other than that it was really good! fits well too
