Seriously Good Quality Product Wore it for my last set of SQUATS @ 180 KG's and lifted with relative comfort and no knee pain and I have a past meniscus tear from 2012 which has prevented me from progressing on squats. I recommend this to anyone who wants to lift a little extra but never use thesw for light lifts as it creates a poor habit of relying on them.

Good quality. But if you are new to using such wraps and you want to use them the way they are meant to be used, just know they can be tight and uncomfortable esp when bending at the knee. If you leave them on throughout they can restrict blood circulation so lifters usually take them off between sets.

I've suffered knee pain for over 2 years, probably from squatting too much leading to an injury. Now I've barely squatted more than 60kg in the last 18 months. Threw these on yesterday and 60 felt like the bar, quickly ramped up to 80kegs, then 90! Could have gone harder but due to DOMS and wanting to be able to use stairs for the next few days I stopped there. I am blown away by the difference a knee wrap can make, and these are excellent quality, with great support, plenty long so they wrap around and around your knee and support and protect really really well! I am extremely enthusiastic about these and very happy I bought them!
