This product was a very bittersweet purchase for me and my family. But I must say that it arrived a day before schedule and is absolutely beautiful piece. Should you ever find yourself in a position of needing an item like this, THIS is the place to get it !!!!

I bought 4 of these after our family member/pet passed on. They are a great way to keep just a little of your pet with you, as the amount of ashes that will fit is very little. The other issue is that one of the chains that the item dangles from broke and wasn't even used yet. I repaired the item but I'd rather pay more if it means getting better quality, this is not something you want falling off your key chain without your knowledge or ability to retrieve it!

For some reason the bottom got loose and I lost all her ashes :(

Good quality. Beautiful. Although it can only hold very little amount of my beloved, I can still take her on adventures with me.

The chain fell off 2 weeks after purchase

Does not hold a lot of ashes but that's not really a big deal to me. We bought this to attach to our hiking backpack so that our hiking buddy, Ella, could continue going on hikes with us.The paw prints are a cute little extra touch and help denote that this is more than just a simple keychain. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

So far keychain has held up. Bottom closed tightly. Paw prints match my dogs leash and collar.

I love being able to take my best friend with me, and this is perfect. One problem: The chain broke after a couple weeks. Luckily, it was in my pocket at the time. Also, it tends to slowly unscrew, so I'm going to superglue the threads. Other than that, very happy with the purchase.
