This product does not work it did not help any with my metabolism improvement I took the entire bottle faithfully it was very disgusting to taste and the burping afterwards but I suck it up to give its chance to work. I will not be buying it again.

Before I get into the review let me start by saying I have tried 'potions and pills' for a long, long time. Decades! The best stuff had Ephedra back in the day. And I've tried almost everything. I get offers for 'diet pills' all the time and I've turned them all down except for a very few. It's been my experience that the pills just don't work. I've tried various strengths of Garcinia cambogia (had side effects), Forskolin, etc. I had one product in all that time do any good, so after that I just stopped trying them. I recently gained a bunch of weight back and I just need something to cut my cravings, that's ALL I require. Not anything else, nothing going to make my heart race. And so after much debate I gave in and bought a pouch of Plexus Slim (the 'pink drink'). I had recently received the Utrim, also. The ONLY reason I accepted the Utrim is because it has Chromium, which I do know works for me. I didn't have any kind of hope for anything really working. I just wanted something to help cut my cravings so I could get a productive start back to losing a ton of weight I regained. Plexus Slim also has chromium that's why I ordered it. I did not see it has Garcinia in it or I would have passed on it.The Plexus Slim is $86 for a 30 day (30 packet) supply. They recommend you take two packets a day, so your cost is almost $200 now for one month of product. Utrim is $50 for one month (2 capsules/2x a day) I don't list the prices to say that one is better than the other and imply that cost is the only factor, I list them so you can see how they compare when you read my review on them.So day one of Plexus, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like my heart was bouncing around in my chest and I just knew the next heartbeat was going to be a killer heart attack, it was that crazy. I've previously had bad blood pressure results from a Garcinia pill so you know, I would have skipped the Plexus entirely if I knew it was in there. But I stupidly did it one more day in the instance that "MAYBE" it wasn't the Garcinia, maybe it was because I'd skipped coffee for two days. No, second night I had fluttery heartbeat also. I decided to put the Plexus aside because (fact or not) this is just too coincidental to me and I don't want to blow up my heart. That's $92 (after ship/tax) down the drain because I couldn't find my pack slip or box to return it. Nice.Fast forward to today, I started taking Utrim on Monday and it's now Sunday. I take it two times a day. It has entirely cut my cravings, and I take 2 pills at my usual 3:30 pm yawn-inducing crash time now and sometimes I don't even want dinner!! This stuff is crazy. I am down 7 lbs in a week. I don't need coffee to start my day yet my heart isn't racing or jerking around in my chest. I feel a steady energy during the day that I just can't explain. Would I spend another $50 for a second month of this stuff? hell yes I will. It is helping me stay on a healthy eating plan AND I just gave up my coffee cold turkey. I even started referring this product to people I know who were where I was on my craving problem.I received this at a small charge in exchange for my review. I had decided not to review any more 'weight loss pills' because they mostly don't work. This isn't a magic pill that works while you shove crap in your face---if you are serious, this is a serious aid. I would pay full price for this knowing how it works and in fact I plan on using this another month as I get back on my weight loss journey. I cannot believe that this stuff has worked so well for me, I've paid $$$$$$$ for stuff that didn't!! And it's worth $50 for me to get a jump start back into my healthy lifestyle. I would recommend this all day long.

I received these pills a couple weeks ago and I am the mother of three children under the age of 5 and I'm a very tired overwhelmed person. Because of that I seem to store fat and weird parts of my body that just doesn't seem normal to me, i am not overly happy I just have weird fat deposits. I started taking the pills and lose fat area seem to be getting small. I diet and exercise regularly so I wouldn't put everything in a hill because it doesn't work that way comma but when I started taking these pills and kept to my exercise and diet the fat deposits in my body and midsection seemed to go down drastically. I wouldn't suggest any toes if you think you're just going to take pills and wash them down with that coke and Cheetos and expect something amazing to happen that's not the way it works, but these are pills that seem to work for people who have fat deposit and have a hard time keeping their metabolism going because they're so..... for me exhausted overworked and my body holds on to fat that it shouldn't. I haven't check my cholesterol but I don't have a problem with that but I do have a slight glucose high and this has seemed to keep it down. So if you're willing to commit to something and exercise and eat right if you add these pills I truly think that they will help you to burn that that you're working so hard to get rid of. OK but nothing takes the place of exercise and less food

I've been taking this for 2 months. I weigh myself at the same part of my cycle each month so I know my weight is not attributed to water retention. I started this off with an overall goal to loose 100 lbs but knowing I'd be happy just to get back under 200 lbs. I started this the night after a weigh in. Due to injury I can't do much exercise and did not change my diet or exercise amount during the 2 months so I could see if this really did work.The first month I lost 10 lbs and noticed most days I wasn't very snacky and seemed to eat a bit less. I wasn't sure the 10lbs wasn't a fluke though. I've tried other weight loss things in the past and had temporary results.The second month I lost 15 lbs. I found myself overall still eating less. During the 2 months I did not notice an energy or alertness boost. I am however thrilled at loosing 25 lbs in 2 months.I take 2 pills a day as I generally eat twice a day. I have a few pills left and am going to purchase another bottle as this is the first thing that has really worked for me. If your looking for an update or have any questions please leave a comment. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.** update** I tried skipping a month, and found that I maintained the weight.I took this for another 2 months. The other two months I took only 1 pill, just after dinner as it's the holidays and that is when my sweet tooth kicks in. I lost 2-5 lbs a month doing that during some of the worst months for me to not gain. I don't notice any after burp with this. I have not found any negative effects. It's cheaper than joining the gym and I don't have to leave my house.

This is a great appetite control supplement. I only take one in the morning and one after lunch and it helps keep mine in check!
