I returned the humax reciver from weeks a go i did not get my refund back, and today I return the remote control back because is not working, please i need my money back to keep me as costumer to buy from you companyThank you

the device is working well butsome channels aren't available even when I tried different frequencies.example dubai Zaman + dubai one and some of other dubai channels.not that easy to get some specific channels , thay don't appear in auto scan. you need to try manually only if you are expert to devices and satellite .
