I was very happy to find this set so that I can replace the missing bits in my dad's impact screw driver set. They seem to be of a good quality And you can't beat the price. Very happy with this product and would highly recommend.

I purchased this set to supplement the 4 bits that came with my impact driver that I had purchased many years ago. I had broken the large flat bit that came with the original set.

I liked the quality of the sockets but was disappointed that the case does not have labeling on the holder so you do not know what socket goes where in the case. I deducted one star for no labeling.

I realize that some users will be hard on certain bits more than others, but most will not need 20+ Phillips #2 bits. I'm ridiculous to complain though. The metal quality seems good. The reason why I say that is that I used a T40 mistakenly on a T45 bolt on an Audi, and the bit chewed up the fastener, and not vice-versa. These are not prestige manufacture, but in my experience, they are pretty damn strong.

So far, these appear of excellent quality. and a very good value. Like most, my impact screwdriver set contained only four sizes. I needed to remove a very stubborn slotted plug from my Walker floor jack, purchased new about a half century ago. I ordered this Ares set specifically for the #4 bit for slotted screws. The bits arrived two days ahead of schedule and the #4 fit perfectly and with just a couple of strikes, the plug was loosened. I could not have repaired my trusty U.S.A. made Walker without this bit. I have been pleased with my other Ares tools, all of which I expect to be "part of the family" like my Walker!VT

Purchased these to replace the poor quality ones that came with the cheap impact screwdriver I purchased. I needed to remove two rotor screws and the cheap ones all twisted and would not loosen the screw. Once I received these one I hit the impact screw driver twice on each screw and both screws broke free. There was no deformity to the new Ares bit. Obviously way better quality and I highly recommend these.

Product was exactly as advertised, and exactly what I needed. Sometimes you have to use slotted screws instead of phillips head, and the proper sized slotted adapter isn't available. In addition, when using a slotted adapter in an electric drill, it can become difficult to control. These particular adapters, both phillips head and slotted are perfect for larger screws beyond 1/4 inch. Even though the shank is 5/16-inch, they fit just fine in any standard 3/8" or 1/2" drill. It's true that they are designed as "manual impact" bits, but sometimes around the house or backyard, you appreciate it when you can get a tool that makes work easy!!

I ordered this because I wanted this type of bit set but with a black case. All of the photos for it show a black case. It came in a blue case. I could have gone to the filler shop up the road and gotten one in a blue case for half the price. I know it's only a colour but it is still frustrating. Additionally the rubber molding is very poorly done and the bits are poorly constructed. The advertising said that this would be a well made set and it even compared the hole positions to "cheaper" sets. However the holes in some of these security bits are even worse than the ones that the advertising said was poor. Don't buy these. Not worth $5
