WORST TASTE EVER !!
One of the worst supplements I've tasted in my life I decided to buy it based on most of the reviews I have seen praising the taste And it was the worst decision for me..I will never buy this taste again 👎

I have used several protein powders over the years, and BSN Syntha 6 in Cookies and Cream stands out primarily for flavor and texture. The taste is smooth and noticeably less artificial than many other cookies and cream flavored powders. It has a balanced sweetness without being overwhelming. Mixed with water, it still tastes creamy, and when blended with milk, it has a thicker, milkshake like consistency. The powder mixes well in a shaker bottle without excessive clumping. A few firm shakes and it dissolves evenly, leaving minimal residue at the bottom. It also blends smoothly in smoothies. Pros 1. Smooth cookies and cream flavor 2. Creamy texture even with water 3. Mixes well with minimal clumping 4. Multi source protein blend 5. Satisfying and filling Cons 1. Slightly higher calories than leaner whey isolates Overall, this is a great option if flavor and texture matter to you. It feels more indulgent than many protein powders while still delivering solid protein content per serving. I would continue using it as part of a regular workout routine.

This protein powder offers an excellent balance of taste and quality. The cookies and cream flavor is rich and satisfying without being too sweet, making it a treat to look forward to after workouts. The blend of whey protein isolate, micellar casein, and milk protein isolate provides both quick and slow-digesting protein, ideal for muscle recovery and sustained nourishment. It mixes well with water or milk, and I appreciate how smooth it is without clumping. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a positive difference in my energy and recovery times. Whether you’re looking for a post-workout boost or just a protein-packed snack, this product delivers great results. Highly recommend!

I use protein shakes post workout and sometimes as a meal replacement. I've been looking for a new brand for about a year and a co-worker suggested Syntha-6 Cookies and Cream. Without a doubt, this is the best tasting protein shake I've ever tried. It is not chalky, mixes well, and in all honesty, it is more like a treat. Syntha-6 is available in many different flavors; however, I wish BSN made a multipack so I could try all their flavors without committing to a large jar. If you are looking for a great tasting, high-quality protein shake I would definitely start with Syntha-6.
