This product does work and picks up pet hair the vacuum misses. However, I’m only 5ft tall and it’s hard to use because the handle is so long. If they had a way to make this adjustable for us vertically challenged humans that would be great!

I don't have any pets, but I have extremely long hair. I usually have to stop a lot when I vacuum so I can remove the hair that keeps getting caught in the roller and prevents it from vacuuming effectively. It's very inconvenient since I seem to leave a lot of hair everywhere and I have a lot of carpet flooring. I used this rubber broom on the carpet before I vacuumed and it was so worth it! It picked up so much of my hair and made vacuuming so much simpler! I don't have to keep unraveling hair at the bottom roller anymore!

It works well enough, however this takes a LOT of elbow grease. the rubber pulls up hair at the cost of a lot of friction, so it's tough. You also have to go over areas repeatedly to get all the hair. It probably takes me 45min-1hour to clean my 2 carpeted areas (about 10x10 area each) and I am sweating and tired by the end. I would not recommend this for someone who does not have the ability to do repetitive heavy motions.I bought this to supplement my vacuum cleaner which does not pick up cat hair well at all. We have 3 cats with different hair textures ranging from fine to coarse and we get a lot of hair clumping up on the rugs. Was hoping this would be an affordable way to solve that problem. didn't really make my life much easier since it takes so much effort to work. Now I am able to get the hair up but I procrastinate about it because it's so annoying.

It works better than I expected it to! I have a dog you sheds so much hair and it is hard to get everything with just a vacuum. It gets everything…. Don’t walk, RUN to buy this item. It’s easy to put together and durable enough to not have any problems. Also long so no need to bend!
