I’m pretty active and train regularly, and I was mainly looking for something that could reduce fatigue. VKTRY insoles surprised me—more support than a typical insole and a real energy return feeling when I push off. My feet and legs feel fresher after workouts, especially after high-impact sessions. They’re firm at first, but after a short break-in period they’ve been comfortable and supportive. Solid quality and they fit well in my sneakers .

This is all my 17 year old wanted for Christmas. He plays volleyball and cant wait to get out on the court and put these to use. He says they are comfortable, perfect fit (size 13 mens) and the quality is unmatched. They are perfect thickness to be able to remove the inside soles of his volleyball shoes and slide right in. They do not smell (so far) but he will be keeped good care of them. He has flat feet normally and says that he feels supported in is arch more than he has every felt. You get what you pay for and the quality and function of these is money well spent. 10/10!!!

They fit better in one of my shoes, as they will raise the back of your heal in some shoes. So far I like the firmness and stability. Good quality, good arch support, and thickness. I’m coming back from a 5th metatarsal fracture and my foot feels much better with them in!

After suddenly receiving dozens of targeted ads on social media touting the almost magical abilities of the VKTRY carbon fiber insole to improve a vertical jump for sports such as basketball and volleyball, I thought I would try them. It was a minor disaster. The carbon fiber insole did not produce the "explosiveness" as advertised all over the website and packaging. Instead, the lack of cushioning and hardness led to tendonitis after just an hour of use. I was *not* going to write a review initially, but after contacting the sales team to ask how to return the product under the advertised return warranty, I was subjected to a multi-email gaslighting insisting there was nothing wrong with the product. The core argument was that the product works, and if I developed tendonitis, I must have used it incorrectly, or purchased the wrong ones. Now, I will say, I am a fairly thorough person in life. Despite looking for details on how to select the correct insole for my sports of choice, I saw nothing specifying that some had better cushioning for jumping. Also, nothing in the ads or the website or the product packaging discussed any contact with a support staff member pre-purchase to determine the best product fit. Rather than spend 30 minutes drafting various emails trying to shift blame on to each individual customer simply seeking to return an item that caused an injury, the company should fix its product, improve its website, use less generic marketing verbiage and be more precise, and redesign its social media campaign.

Fit very well, and comfortable

Bought these for volleyball to replace my old soles that were sliding out and oh my gosh I love them they made me feel a bit more springy but that also just have really good cushioning would absolutely buy again.

My 16-year-old got his first set of these and he loved them so I got him another set for football next season so that he has some for football basketball and track so that he can use them for all he loves them he said it really makes a difference
