this is a powder mix, and its amazing..my father is on hospice and is very picky about what he drinks but he took this very well, and loves the flavor

I find these actually give me a good pick me up when I feel sluggish and give me more stamina for my workouts. I think the taste is good. I will probably repurchase. I might try the sugar free first.

Im a runner and I have severe leg cramps at night. I’ve been trying to add daily electrolytes which this seems to be helping but there a bit too much sugar in this version for me. I don’t mind a little sugar I just dislike the zero made with stevia. A little sugar and this would be perfect. I usually just take half to limit the sugar intake for now. It tastes good though and doesn’t leave an after taste like others.

I LOVE these. I keep them in my purse for the heck of it. Never been a water drinker until the Liquid IVs came around and I am hooked. Tastes great and worth getting the 16 pack versus individual sticks. A+
