If there will b negetive i will do. So bad product seems. To be expired smell so old and bad. Eyebrows pencil is worst doesn't blend. I apply for refund and exchange

3 Out of 4 Ain't Bad!
I got a sample of the Billion Dollar Brow pencil in an Ipsy bag. I really liked it, but couldn't find this brand anywhere to purchase locally - or online - except here at Amazon. This kit came with the brow pencil, brow gel, a highlighter pencil and a blending brush. I gave this kit a 3 out of 4 because the brow gel came completely dried out and un-usable. I am enjoying all the other products in this kit, though. I especially like the highlighter pencil and it rivals the one I purchased from ABH.
