Lonely Planet Fast Talk Spanish

Don't bother
The only good things about this book were the fast delivery and that it fits in your pocket. It contains so little content that it wasn't worth buying. My fault - I saw 'Lonely Planet' and didn't research it any further, their stuff is usually really useful, this wasn't. It was cheap, and that says it all.

Minimal usefulness
This is properly a pocket book - the size of a wallet and about 40 pages or so. The phrases within are arguably of minimal use too. You'd get similar (possibly better) functionality from the back of the Spain guidebook, or otherwise spend a little more on a full phrasebook. This won't get you anywhere.

Very basic, perfect for a pocket or handbag
Thinner than I would have thought. About 30 phrases in all the usual categories and a very basic dictionary of words. Probably perfect for most people going on a quick trip and looking for an aide memoire if they have studied Spanish a little previously.
