Super great end to the match and honestly just as great as all the other volumes!! I love the art and dialogue and think the storyline was perfect.

Volume 21 provides an excellent conclusion to the October Miyagi Prefecturals Qualifiers for the National Spring Inter High Tournament. Furudate ended with perfect timing. Before the match could feel like it has gone too long, it ended. The final set, though set for just 15 points ended up lasting an entire 21 or so points which made it a battle of endurance that really brought out the best in several characters.I enjoyed both teams through these five volumes and will be looking forward to seeing both the future of Shiratorizawa as well as that of Karasuno. Tsukki and Hinata proved to be the best MVPs of the entire game which enhanced Karasuno in both my eyes as well as those of the manga. The 2nd years did excellent jobs too while the third years finally got to see the fruits of their labor pay off. This was overall a very rewarding volume. For Shiratorizawa we got to see Goshiki really deliver when the time demanded it as well as see exactly what makes Shirabu one of the best setters in the series. Finally Ushiwaka proved that he is still, individually, the best volleyball player we have seen thus far.Really, I would love to see both teams in the future and see how the characters do when faced against one another again. Really, it was an amazing volume.Bonus included two short stories, as well as sketches and a poster.
