The item is good but the seller has sent a used piece. This is what I am feeling bad about.

I love my Otterbox cases and wanted something clear and simple for my phone so I purchased this. The only Con I can think of is that it's rather difficult to get on and off, but I assume that will get easier for me to do over time. I can tell it's going to be very durable as all my other Otterbox cases have been, buttons are very easy to press and I can still access my SD card. Pro Tip: draw something cute or find a fun photo to stick in your phone case to add some flair!

Got this because i wanted phone protection, and it works, feels nice- does scratch but not too much. Really hard to take of though, i might try casetify next because i want protection without having to struggle to take the case off

Overall the product was as expected. The case is consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from Otterbox, specifically their symmetry series. The reason I have not given the product a 5/5 is a result of the minor scratches that developed relative quickly (<2 weeks) on the back of the case after standard personal use. The scratches (so far) are really only visible after careful inspection of the case.

Perfectly suited the purpose of my purchase! Nice snug fit with great protection to the phone, the clear cover gives a new look to the phone.
