Great product, very strong steam shot. It broke after nearly two years. Thanks to warranty I got replacement. It is still the best device when it comes to performance.

Broke down in one year. Not worth its money

I’ve been using Tefal steam generators the past 18 years that’s more expensive. The Kenwood is a third of price but I love it. It’s light, powerful steam and easy to use. It’s now been a year since purchased it and it’s working great. Really good value for money.

The water level in the reservoir is a little difficult to see, otherwise performs well, came with a 3 pin plug.

Good steam produced but if held in any other position other then horizontal water leaks causing water marks and making it impossible to vertical steam any clothing.

Stopped working with the steamer after 1.5 year

For the past 13 years I was using TEFAL iron generators, KENWOOD is my first experience. Thanks AMAZON seller. After 14 months of using with steam comes out some black liquid, I contacted customer care service they said out of warranty. Then were try to repair in kenwood service costs too high almost price of new piece. So I go back using TEFAL again.
